Logan City handles its own building department. The other Cache Valley cities each run their own permits too, with Cache County covering the unincorporated areas. Plan review timelines vary city to city, and steep-slope or stream-corridor lots can add layers. We carry the submittal through whichever jurisdiction your lot sits in.
Do you handle agricultural-to-residential land conversions?
Yes. Cache Valley has a lot of land that was historically agricultural and is being built on as 5- or 10-acre estates. We handle the zoning conversations, lot-line adjustments, and the utility extensions that come with building on land that wasn't previously a residential parcel.
What's a realistic build timeline in Cache Valley?
